					The construction of our house was completed in January 2025. We hired Michael to inspect our home before the builder's 1-year warranty is up. Michael showed up at the appointed time/date and invited me to accompany him during his inspection. I was immediately impressed by his expertise and knowledge. He noted and documented with photos a number of deficiencies. His attention to detail was evident in the fact that he also noticed  some minor defects that I had not been aware of. Michael also gave me helpful hints and suggestions for the care and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems. Finally, Michael produced a clearly written and well documented report of his findings as well as a summary that we plan to present to the builder's representative. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with Michael's work and recommend him without any reservations.
