Home inspections generally take 2 to 4 hours to complete. The duration of a home inspection depends on many factors such as the size of the home, the age of the home, and the condition of the home.

It is not a requirement for you to be at the inspection. I absolutely welcome and encourage you to attend! Being present during the inspection gives you a firsthand look at the property and a chance to ask questions in real time. It’s a great opportunity to learn more about your future home and understand any findings with clarity and context. For safety and liability reasons, there are just a few areas we kindly ask you not to join us:

These spaces can pose risks, and we’re fully equipped to inspect them on your behalf. We’ll walk you through everything else and make sure you leave with a clear understanding of the home’s condition. Your comfort and confidence matter—so feel free to bring your curiosity and questions!

At the end of the home inspection process, we will provide a detailed report that describes the physical condition of the property, with images and videos highlighting what may need repair or replacement. The information provided is to allow the client to make an informed decision about their investment. It is not pass or fail.
