Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a home inspection take?
Home inspections generally take 2 to 4 hours to complete. The duration of a home inspection depends on many factors such as the size of the home, the age of the home, and the condition of the home.
Should I attend the inspection?
It is not a requirement for you to be at the inspection. I absolutely welcome and encourage you to attend! Being present during the inspection gives you a firsthand look at the property and a chance to ask questions in real time. It’s a great opportunity to learn more about your future home and understand any findings with clarity and context. For safety and liability reasons, there are just a few areas we kindly ask you not to join us:
🔹 Roof
🔹 Crawlspace
🔹 Attic
These spaces can pose risks, and we’re fully equipped to inspect them on your behalf. We’ll walk you through everything else and make sure you leave with a clear understanding of the home’s condition. Your comfort and confidence matter—so feel free to bring your curiosity and questions!
